Biography

Leslie Adams, Founder and Principal Consultant of GovPoint Advisory and Assisted Services, runs a small business dedicated to helping government agencies and companies meet critical missions in line with the President’s Executive Orders, while encouraging best practices, cost savings, efficiency, and preserving decision-making authority.  

A native Washingtonian, she studied Mass Communications at Bowie University and earned certifications from Grad School USA, Management Concepts, and more. With over 19 years of federal experience across civilian and defense agencies, she has a deep understanding of their operational challenges.  

Her wide-ranging background—as a Level III Project Manager, III Contracting Officer Representative, computer specialist, IT professional, contractor, corrective action plan liaison, and federal employee—paired with advanced certifications acquisition program and project management, program evaluation, internal control compliance, FAR/DFAR, IT, Agile, Scrum, and AI business, ensures GovPoint AAS can deliver knowledgeable, compliant, and results-driven support from day one.
